איזה מידע נאסף?
בעת שליחת טופס עשויים להיאסף שם, טלפון, כתובת דוא״ל, מוצא ויעד, סוג המטען, פרטים נוספים שתבחרו למסור, שפת הפנייה ואישור מדיניות הפרטיות. לצורכי תפעול ואבטחה עשויים להיאסף גם מועד השליחה, כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, כתובת העמוד שממנו נשלחה הפנייה ומידע טכני בסיסי. בחירת השפה נשמרת בדפדפן במכשירכם.
מסירת המידע והשלכות אי־מסירתו
מסירת המידע היא מרצונכם ובהסכמתכם ואין חובה חוקית למסרו. ללא שם ופרטי קשר ופרטים בסיסיים על צורך השילוח, ייתכן שלא נוכל לבדוק את הפנייה או לחזור אליכם.
מטרות השימוש
המידע משמש לקבלת הפנייה, יצירת קשר, הבנת צורך השילוח ומתן מענה ראשוני, תיעוד הטיפול, אבטחת האתר ומניעת ספאם ושימוש לרעה. לא ייעשה בפרטים שימוש לדיוור שיווקי ללא הסכמה מתאימה.
ספקי שירות והעברת מידע
המידע נשמר ומעובד באמצעות Netlify Forms, מועבר באמצעות Make ונשלח באמצעות Google/Gmail. ספקים אלה מסייעים באחסון, אוטומציה ותקשורת ועשויים לעבד מידע גם מחוץ לישראל, בהתאם לתנאי השירות ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. אם יידרש לצורך הטיפול בשילוח, מידע רלוונטי עשוי להימסר לגורמי שילוח, מכס, אחסנה, הובלה או ספקים מקצועיים אחרים, במידה הנדרשת ולאחר תיאום מתאים.
מידע רגיש וסודי
אין לשלוח באמצעות הטופס סודות מסחריים, מסמכים חסויים, פרטי תשלום, מסמכי זיהוי או מידע הכפוף להסכם סודיות. שיתוף מסמכים ייעשה רק לאחר תיאום ערוץ מתאים.
משך שמירת המידע
פנייה שלא התפתחה להתקשרות עסקית תישמר ככלל עד 12 חודשים, אלא אם נדרש לשמור אותה למשך זמן אחר לצורך טיפול בפנייה, התגוננות משפטית או חובה על פי דין. מידע הנוגע ללקוח פעיל יישמר למשך הזמן הנדרש לניהול ההתקשרות ולעמידה בדרישות הדין.
עיון, תיקון ומחיקה
ניתן לפנות לעסק כדי לבקש לעיין במידע האישי, לתקן מידע שגוי, חלקי או לא מעודכן, או לבקש את מחיקתו ככל שניתן ובכפוף לדין. לצורך טיפול בבקשה ייתכן שנבקש פרטים סבירים לאימות זהות הפונה.
אבטחת מידע ושינויים במדיניות
העסק נוקט אמצעים סבירים להגנת המידע, אך אין אפשרות להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת. מדיניות זו עשויה להתעדכן בהתאם לשינויים באתר, במערכות המחוברות אליו או בדין. תאריך העדכון האחרון יופיע בראש העמוד.

Information collected
When you submit the form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, origin and destination, cargo type, any additional details you provide, the form language and your privacy consent. For operational and security purposes, we may also collect the submission time, IP address, browser type, referring page and basic technical information. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser.
Voluntary submission
Providing information is voluntary and there is no legal obligation to do so. Without basic contact and shipment details, we may be unable to review or respond to your inquiry.
Purposes of use
Information is used to receive and respond to inquiries, understand the shipping requirement, provide an initial response, document the handling of the inquiry, secure the website and prevent spam or misuse. Details will not be used for marketing communications without appropriate consent.
Service providers and transfers
Information is stored and processed through Netlify Forms, transferred through Make and delivered through Google/Gmail. These providers support hosting, automation and communications and may process information outside Israel under their terms and privacy policies. When necessary to handle a shipment, relevant information may be shared with freight, customs, storage, transport or other professional providers to the extent required and following appropriate coordination.
Sensitive and confidential information
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential documents, payment details, identity documents or information subject to a confidentiality agreement through the form. Documents should only be shared after an appropriate channel has been arranged.
Retention
An inquiry that does not become a business engagement will generally be retained for up to 12 months, unless a different period is required to handle the inquiry, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with law. Information relating to an active client will be retained as needed to manage the engagement and meet legal requirements.
Access, correction and deletion
You may contact the Business to request access to personal information, correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, or deletion where possible and subject to law. Reasonable information may be requested to verify the applicant's identity.
Security and policy updates
The Business uses reasonable measures to protect information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, connected systems or applicable law. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
